Domestic Shipping Policy

The Bucket Company uses discreet packaging to deliver your tools. We work with the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.

From our Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price, and delivery location. Domestic orders are processed & shipped within 3 business days (M-F 9am-5pm EST). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with interactive tracking information.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our warehouse, The Bucket Company is not and will not be held liable for late deliveries and lost or stolen packages. Signature confirmations can be arranged on the Shipping Checkout page if needed and must be mentioned in the note section of purchase. We will, however, always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery! 

International Orders & Shipping Policy

All prices on our site, (www.thebucketcompany.com), are in US Dollars and it's likely that your credit card or bank provider will charge you in local currency in accordance with its policies. When ordering from outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are capable of being legally imported to your destination country. The recipient of an international order(s), is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is also responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other amounts payable in connection with the importation and delivery of the recipient's order.  

International orders may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your internal order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your international order to be delivered. Customs clearance procedures vary and may cause additional delays, therefore we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order. 

To avoid any possible delays in receiving your international order from customs, we strongly suggest: 

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives in your country. (Note: This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order).  
  • That you do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will only hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in the destination country before they return it to the sender.

International Shipping & Refunds Policy

**ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (No refunds, returns, or exchanges).** 

If you received the wrong item or a defective tool as part of an international order, please notify us within 30 days of your original order/purchase date by going to the "Contact Us" page on our website or e-mail us at customerserivce@thebucketcompany.com. Make sure to include the details about the incorrect or defective item as well as your: 

  • Order #
  • Full Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone Number 

(This will help us resolve any issues you have much faster).

If your order arrived incorrect or defective, The Bucket Company has the choice of either shipping you a new product, refunding you the cost of your order, including the original shipping charges. However, custom fees, duties, and taxes may still be NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect or defective product. 

**Please note we do not refund the original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. Prior to authorizing a replacement item or possible refund, The Bucket Company reserves the right to request verification, such as a photograph, to confirm that the item shipped is incorrect or defective.** 

The Bucket Company reserves the right to refuse international orders and will refund any refused international orders.

Backorder

We want you to be able to utilize your tools in your garden as soon as possible. Preordering today means you have reserved your spot in line when back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse. If an item in your order says it is back-ordered, you will receive it in a maximum of 4-8 weeks. However, keep in mind that’s a maximum. If we receive it sooner, you will have it sooner because our pre-orders are our top priority! Once your back-ordered item has been shipped out to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with interactive tracking information.
